business. All work performed by our Carbon-Accountants can be validated by one of our CPA's, therefore your assessment

David Royal, General Manager

| OCA's General Manager, David Royal is an RAB/QSA environment
and quality auditor. David has worked in business systems certification for the last 14 years performing over 2000
audits and has clients all over Australia. David's personal skills cover civil construction, transport, manufacturing,
corporate governance etc. In 1995-96 David finalised his studies in Melbourne specialising in natural resource
management. Prior to this David had an extensive career as a crime scene examiner for the State Forensic Science
Laboratory in Victoria working on some very well known cases such as; The Russell Street and Turkish Embassy Bombings,
Raymond Edmonds (Mr. Stinky) murder inquiry etc. David has examined hundreds of serious crime scenes where indictable
offences have occurred. David will now provide carbon-accounting services to business in his new role as General
Manager for the Oz Carbon Accounting Pty Ltd.
